All Kayako servers including the helpdesk, forums and hosted solutions went down for almost 5 hours. All our servers are hosted with ThePlanet who had a major power failure at its data center. All servers hosted with them, including ours, went down for almost 5 hours and as I write a few are yet to be retrieved. All the Kayako servers are currently up and running without any issues.
