We are pleased to announce that we have finally released the first ALPHA version of the Kayako Update Service to our internal testers group. For those of you not familiar with the service, it is a way to easily keep all of your Kayako products up-to-date. We will be bundling the client for this service with all LiveResponse, eSupport, and SupportSuite packages. Using the service, you will automatically be notified when a new version of any product that you have installed is available, and optionally, the updates can automatically be downloaded to your computer without requiring your input. We anticipate that we will test the service for several weeks before we release the first BETA version to the public. -------------------------------------------------------------------
