Kayako Update Service : BETA

Good news!
We have put the Kayako Update Service to the test as an ALPHA and we are now prepared to offer the first BETA release, 1.0.1.1 to the public.

What does it do?
The Kayako Update Service is a Windows application that runs on your end-user machines and monitors our server for updates to the following products:

• LiveResponse Client Application
• InstaAlert
• SyncWorks

It is designed to be unobtrusive and reside in the system tray near the clock. It can be configured to check for updates in several ways; whenever one of the Kayako products mentioned above is started, or on a daily, weekly, or monthly interval.

Updates can be automatically downloaded when available and then installed at your leisure. Severity of update, bug fixes, and feature implementations are all included in the update information.
