In the hours and days following the 3.04.00 STABLE release, it became apparent that several bugs managed to stay in the branch, and were quickly discovered by everyone.
Here is a list of the bugs which are known to be in the build, and have since been remedied (more on this later; we’ll be releasing another stable build, 3.04.10 tonight)
- Clicking on Tickets in the shortcut bar causes the application to crash; FIXED
- Clicking on TIckets, Knowledgebase, Staff CP, etc. result in a HTTP 406 error from the web server; FIXED
- Application could randomly disconnect without giving an error or reason; FIXED
- Alert settings for non-existent alert ‘new ticket alert’ still remained in the application; FIXED
If you are experiencing any of these issues, please be patient and wait until we have announced that a hotfix build of the WinApp is available, or you see that the new 3.04.10 STABLE is available.
