New Build: 3.04.20 UNSTABLE

The latest build of our entire product line has been released, and is now available from the Members Area.

The new build, 3.04.20 UNSTABLE is mostly bug fixes from the 3.04.10 STABLE release. Here are some of the major changes:

SyncWorks:

• Now has an Event Log like other add-ons have had for some time (http://blog.kayako.net/archives/25)
• Advanced verbose logging will make troubleshooting much easier
• Better error reporting for HTTP errors reported by the server
• Small resource leak fixed

KayakoMobile:

• View->Filter menu items were not functional (http://blog.kayako.net/archives/24)
• Optional unload from device memory on exit (http://blog.kayako.net/archives/32)

InstaAlert:

• Advanced verbose logging will make troubleshooting much easier
• Better error reporting for HTTP errors reported by the server
• Ability to open URLs within the LiveResponse WinApp (requires at least version 3.0.4.25 of the WinApp)

LiveResponse/SupportSuite WinApp:

• Better error reporting for HTTP errors reported by the server
• Advanced verbose logging will make troubleshooting much easier
• Ability to handle URL opening from InstaAlert (requires at least version 3.0.4.4 of InstaAlert)
• SIP functionality is now asynchronous, which cuts down on lags
• SIP has online/offline toggle switch
