Quality Assurance
This new build marks a new milestone in Kayako's quality assurance, something which we have strived to improve over the last few months. The 3.11.00 build is the most comprehensively tested and quality assured release to date, following the introduction of a rigorous new bug fixing cycle and testing procedure.
The entire staff and administrator control panel language files have been rewritten (/locale/en-us/). We have aimed to achieve clear, concise English that is sound in grammar and consistent throughout the software. Users should find labels and descriptions clearer and much more informative than in our previous builds.

Stability & Bug Fixing

Enhanced ModernBill 5 Integration
Introduced to the 3.11.00 build is further integration with ModernBill 5. Now both the knowledgebase and news functionality of SupportSuite, eSupport and LiveResponse can be integrated with ModernBill.
PHP4 End-of-life
The PHP developers recently announced the end-of-life for PHP4. We are pleased to inform you that SupportSuite, eSupport and LiveResponse whilst maintaining compatability with PHP4 are also fully compatible with PHP5.
Please note that there is a new PHP requirement for this version, which is to have PHP compiled with mbstring support. Most PHP installations will already be enabled with mbstring support. If not, you may experience problems with the mail parser and blank pages. Quote:
