New Features in KayakoMobile!

We’re in the process of adding several very important and frequently requested features to our PDA-based software, KayakoMobile. The following features are either being added currently, or have already been added:

• The ability to create new Tickets from within KayakoMobile
• Support for Custom Fields
• Support for changing Flag Types
• Support for “Predefined Replies”
• Support for CC and BCC
• Support for Send Autoresponder and Send Contents
• Support for Due Dates

We anticipate releasing an Alpha version of this new build to our testers within the next few weeks. After we’re sure there are no flaws, we will release these new features to the public as a new stable package. You will need to upgrade your server software in addition to the KayakoMobile client in order to utilize these new features.
