################## # GENERAL UPDATES ################## We hope you have liked our new website, It is still work in progress and new pages are being added to it on daily basis. Additionally, We have also launched the hosted services. The New Hosted Clients will soon be able to upgrade their helpdesk by clicking a single button, The entire cluster performs the upgrade automatically after that. Existing Hosted Clients (Using v2) will have to wait a little longer whilst we relase a few more builds to make v3 rock solid and also implement our auto import system which will make imports a breeze (and prevent us from screwing your installations )################## # BUILD UPDATES ################## RC2 has been out since quite some time and we are working on a new major bug fix release, It fixes almost all critical bugs and adds some speed improvements in the ticket handling area. Additionally, We are trying to push in a Labels/Tags feature that will allow you to create a list of tickets independent of the departments. We have found quite a need for such feature as we have some private departments for Refunds, Defaulters etc and labels/tags seem much more intuitive way to work this out. I will post some screenshots on this in couple of days (estimate!) We are also trying to get our API kick started in the next build by implementing some basic functions, It will get expanded as and when we receive your requests. ################## # KAYAKO UPDATES ################## Construction on our new Office & Call Center is in full swing, We hope to have everything in place in the coming months and start providing Telephone Support apart from putting in a 1 Hour Response time SLA. I would like to personally thank all of our clients for helping us test the product so far, We have received an overwhelming response and hope that we can continue to churn out new exciting features and products now that we have an excellent development team in place. - Kayako Team -------------------------------------------------------------------
