Dear Customers, This is to inform you that yesterday we had some issues with our mail servers and outgoing mails. This resulted in non receipt of the responses made by the Kayako team to the clients for the past 18-24 hours. However, all the tickets got updated and all the customers are requested to check the status of their requests at http://support.kayako.net And for all the orders confirmations, you can check the status at https://members.kayako.net If you have any questions about this issue, please mail me at raghav.arora[at]kayako.com and I will look into the matter personally.
