| Planning and prototyping v4 products -

With the latest stable release of version 3 of our product suite ready for production use, development energy is now being focused on the next major release. Work on version 4 is now in progress, and we’ve got a ton of features and improvements planned for our desktop application suite.
Although we can’t say too much about the features in development, we’re including one major improvement: support for multiple helpdesks in InstaAlert the LiveResponse/SupportSuite client application. Lots of users have asked for this, so we’re including this functionality from the start in the new client. You’ll be able to manage chats and tickets from multiple helpdesks at once, which is great for users who have multiple offices or depend on outsourcing for their support needs.
