Hi,
Finally have time to post some more updates for you all, Past one and a half week have been totally exhausting, We have been receiving on an average close to 350 new tickets/day and have tried our best to answer each one on time. During this period some orders were delayed and some tickets took more time than expected, We are sorry for all the inconvinience this might have caused.
The support response time should be close to 24 hrs in 1-2 days and then closer to 12-14hrs once everything settles down in a week or so. Please be patient during this process, If anyone has any urgent issues they can mail me directly at varun AT kayako.com
The development for InstaAlert has been going on and we should have a working copy for you in RC2 itself, I plan to committ a bug fix build before RC2 is released by this Weekend and then implement the most requested features and annoyances thereafter. The SupportSuite/eSupport Mobile (Pocket PC) application will have to be released after v3 goes gold as there is still much to do in that regard.
The feedback from our clients has been great and we would like to thank you all for it. Its great to receive active suggestions, keep 'em coming!
