| Solving the random disconnect bug -

A number of users on our forums have posted about random disconnects when using the WinApp. After a few enhancements to the application’s logging, we’ve determined that, for some reason, requests are being returned with the 404 response code — and ordinarily, that means “file not found.” Since it works sometimes, the file is obviously in the right place. If that’s the case, there’s gotta be something else at play here. A bug in SupportSuite? Issues with Windows’ HTTP routines?
We still don’t know what’s going on, but we have a few leads. Rest assured that is problem is not being ignored by the developers, and we’re tackling it with the utmost priority. You won’t have to deal with being randomly disconnected for much longer.
