Status of new network code in development

As we mentioned before, our Windows applications are undergoing heavy changes to bring customers an unprecedented level of stability. Naturally, such a large change demands a certain amount of development and testing time, but we’re working hard to make these benefits available to our users as soon as possible.

Every few days, new builds of the applications are being put in the hands of Kayako’s product testing team. After all the kinks are ironed out and they’re proven to be as reliable and functional as we’ve promised, they’ll be ready to ship. Stay on the lookout for updates regarding the LiveResponse/SupportSuite Windows app, InstaAlert, and SyncWorks — the next versions should contain all of our new fixes.
