Up to this point in time, the error and activity logging of SyncWorks has left something to be desired. Well, now SyncWorks is equipped with the same Event Log mechanism that InstaAlert and LiveResponse have had for some time. The Event Log, in addition to better reporting of HTTP errors will help us narrow down and squash problems with more efficiency. The Event Log will contain all necessary info for technical support to assist with any synchronization problems.
