| SyncWorks + VoIP Phone Contacts -

The next hotfix build of SyncWorks will contain functionality that will allow you to synchronize contacts from SupportSuite/eSupport/LiveResponse and Outlook to your LiveResponse/SupportSuite VoIP phone!
This new feature will make it extremely easy to add all of your contacts directly to your VoIP phone’s contact list - without sitting around typing for hours.
In addition, it will allow you to store all of your company’s contacts in a central location (on the server) and easily keep all staff members’ VoIP phone contacts up-to-date.
