Updates on v3 of LR and v2.2 Patch Release

LiveResponse v3
We are prepping up the major public beta of LiveResponse v3, The current alpha testers have the copy where Visitor Monitoring is working completely but neither the Staff > Client or Staff > Staff chats were working.

The LiveResponse v3 Beta:
1) Working Staff > Client Chats
2) Messages Working
3) Working Staff > Staff Chats
4) VoIP for Staff > Staff Chat
5) SWIFT (v3 Modular Framework) Admin & Client Area is complete, Staff area is still undergoing work

We will be expanding the beta team from around 15 members to about 50 once LR v3 Beta 1 is ready

eSupport v2.2 Patch Release
Fixes smtp.php file issues
Fixed WAP Issues
Fixed minor issues with Email Parser
Other minor bug fixes

We have updated the current build with the fixed files, Version number has not changed as it fixes minor issues which can get annoying.

WAP now works on all newer Nokia phones.
