A lot of users often use the forums to post about bugs they find in our products. There’s nothing wrong with that in particular, but often the developers don’t get a chance to view the forums — and so their responses to the problem may be delayed. To speed up the response to your issue, if at all possible, you should add the issue to the bug tracker at http://bugs.kayako.net/ . This allows us to keep a list of issues that we need to resolve, and keep track of the status of each one. If the problem is particularly urgent, filing a support ticket at http://support.kayako.com/ will help ensure that your issue is dealt with quickly.
