We are in the process of applying for Microsoft Certified Partner status, and one of the requirements is that we have customer references. We would like anyone who is willing to be a reference for Kayako to let Ryan Lederman know at the e-mail address listed at the bottom of this post. Your only responsibilities will be to verify that you are a Kayako customer and that you've used one of our products when and if Microsoft contacts you.
