I know the subject has been discussed before but I can't find a suitable answer. We are deploying the help desk internaly (sharepoint intranet link) and it would be a great feature if our users do not need to login again. I've seen other apps to be able and grab the user info currently loged in to the workstation, active directory, and parse it to their login screen. Has anybody managed to implement this into Kayako? I am not PHP expert and any help would be appreciated.Optimaly what I want is when a user clicks on the help desk link for the help desk to open as if they entered their login info and hit submit/login.
