Adding the client name (group) to submit ticket page

I want to add the client name (group) to submit ticket page.
but i need to have a tag that translate the current users group.

How would i get this?

I've actually wanted something similar, but I want to see the group name in the nav bar at all times. Actually, I know from experience this would be pretty easy to do, but it's still low on my to-do list.
