Adding more fields to ticket emails?

[smartcard]

Can anybody please guide me how to include the following information in the ticket emails?

1) Customer Name:
[We have a new custom field called “Hotel or Property Name” We need this to appear

2)Ticket Opened by: [We need the staff or user name who created this ticket]

3) Problem : [We need here full or summary of the problem description]


We are using eSupport 3.40.01
