I wanna modify SupportSuite into the following style (Stuff)

Right to now have no idea on it.

Please anyone show me the hints as detailed as possible? Esp. for the header.

You just have to edit the templates. They are located in adminCP.

Hi eiden, thanks for your keen reply. I know it's to be done in the template:
admin/templates/manage templates/general/header/

But don't know how to, would you kindly give me a hint please? I just wanna add a menu like that.

Hi, it it is just the Menu that you need to add and you already have that menu on a separate file, please contact us and we will gladly do it at no charge, of course this is not a Kayako Integration but a header replacement.

This can be done simply by editing the header template.
