ASP.NET Integeration

We have a web application(ASP.NET 1.1 and SQL Sever 2005) that allows user logging.
We want to intergerate users database with the one in kayako to be the following scenario:

• User who logged in to our system would be logged in automatically when entering kayako from our web site.
• User registered in our system should be registered automatically in kayako and vice versa.
• User deleted or updated, the same change should be done in bothe systems.
• We can add links from our site to submit ticket direct in kayako
• User can view his tickets by clicking a link in our web site

Is that available in Kayako ??
If yes , how ? Could anyone give me help?

You can look into LoginShare feature of Kayako as well as the Integration API thread. In either case you will need custom development to add .NET support.

The Integration API is likely your best option as interfacing directly between the languages isn't possible directly.
