Challenge Response script for sender

hi. I know kayako don't have such feature. anyone can implement this feature? For a sender which sends an email, send a reply to challenge them to verify before their email can get through?

Check out the market place forum if you need this urgently. There are a couple of companies who would be able to implement it for a small charge.

Anyone can advise how can i accept emails to sales@apc.sg but yet don't require user to register but reduce the spam i receive?
