Hello, I'm looking to modify a template so that depending on the department selected that the text at the top changes. Currently using the default template I have 5 different departments. In one of the departments I've called it "Cancellation Request". While we have specific fields we need filled out, we don't want to have the default text at the top saying "search knowledgebase etc". If I modify the language, it affects the entire DEFAULT template. Anyone know of a way of inserting code on the page based on the department that was picked earlier? Even if it was a way that if "X" department is picked, then load a new template for the submit ticket page. I've searched the forums but didn't find anyone doing something simliar.
