Change time format

Hi guys,

When I login into the staff panel you will see the ticket due's in the following format:
"2h25m52s"

I want to change this format to something like:
"02:25" or "02:25:52"

Does anyone have any idea where (which files) I should look to edit these formats?

Admin CP -> Settings -> Date & Time

That is not the place to change the time format of the tickets due.
The format of the ticket due is "2h25m52s" and that format I would like to change.
Or with other words.....I would like to remove the "h", "m" and "s" in the output and replace it with ":"
