This is possible, some additional coding (using php if else) needs to be done on the index page. Our skins support hosted solutions wherein Kayako does not provide ftp access information. We use the same technique for our skins. It looks good. Make sure you have set it correctly in such a way that when the client logs into the helpdesk, the Register Widget should change to View Tickets.
