I've applied the patch but got javascript error.

Hi There is it possible to change the look off it with more spaces like

Status: All Tickets Open On Hold Closed instead of

Status:All TicketsOpenOn HoldClosed

And it looks great!

Did you place the css correctly? It should be spaced already.

I have it searching by ticketmaskid, any ideas on letting anyone view/reply the tickets without having the manager status? Basically if you have the ticketmaskid then you should be able to search it/edit it.

Well, you on't just want anyone to just be able to do that. It shouldbe controled a certain way to limit certain ones from editing / reply from all tickets.

I agree with Jemrada's last. We use sequential tickets out of necessity and have a large number of clients. I wouldn't want them to be able "guess" their way into each others tickets for any number of reasons.

3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

Ticket search disregards that you have Manager role , and only searching ticket belonging to current userid. any fix to this?

Dang, not searching within the users group is problematic. Our clients need to be able to search all open tickets for their company. (group) ...so we don't get multiple tickets for the same issue or an issue being reported resolved multiple times because users can't see it has already been resolved &/or they already have a solution in hand.

Jemrada, you've done some nice work with this, and thank you for it.

Any plans to make search work across all users in a group?

Jemrada, it appears the instructions on your site have a problem, they are the same for search and for filter. I'm guessing one was overwritten by the other. No mention of the JS or template files or the tmpl files in either one.
