Is it possible to create a users account from outside of Kayako?

I have users signing up on my main page which is a separate domain from the one I have for selling my hosting and i'd like to be able to pass on the customer details from the main site to automatically setup the Kayako account.

Is this possible? I know that the API isn't ready yet and I know which tables are affected (swuseremails | | swusergroups | | swusergroupsettings | | swusers | | swuserverifyhash) but not sure if it can be done.
