Custom timezone widget

Hi,

I want to ad some clocks on the support start page to show my customers in which time zone we are, and some other timezones, like New York, Tokyo, etc (we have costumers from all over the world). Is it possible to make a custom widget to be placed directly under the navbar.

Anyone knows how this can be done? (the placement under the navbar. Building the clocks is no problem).
