Default Language?

Hi, how can I set a specific language as default for the consumer support page? I added german to the language but its still us the first language.

AND

How can I translate the emails that the customer received? Even if I switch to german, the emails are still in english!

In your admin section find Templates » Manage Template Groups » default
There you can set the default language.
