Question Disabled the ticket "label" - 05-06-2008, 08:21 PM

While setting up the user groups, I disabled the "label" entry for tickets. I see it in ticket view, when clicked on the entry "-- Unassigned --", all other fields are enabled but "label" box does not come out. How can I re-enable it (for staff and admins)?
