E-support connection with "WeFact"

Hi,

we're using a billing solution named 'wefact'.
It is made by a dutch company.
It is a very nice program, where we have our complete accounting system and client system.
We have benn using this for a year now, and are very satisfied.

Our customers can login, and see their invoices, and pay them online if they wish. They can also create PDF's of their invoices.

here's my question: all our customers have logins for this system.
I don't like letting our users have more than one login; this is not very user-friendly.

Does anyone know how I can import all users into Kayako e-support?
All the users are in de database.

You will have to build one such import module or you can make a loginshare plugin for the billing software which will allow your existing clients to use their username/passwords in Kayako.

I think it's easier to create a LoginShare to authenticate all kayako users with the 3rd party billing system. Also we can create a Session share modification that will log your users into Kayako once they are logged into the billing system. This way your users will only have to use 1 account and authenticate 1 time.

We have developed a similar functionality with Joomla and we feel confident that we can do it for this system. Just PM me or contact me if you want more information.
