You will have to build one such import module or you can make a loginshare plugin for the billing software which will allow your existing clients to use their username/passwords in Kayako. I think it's easier to create a LoginShare to authenticate all kayako users with the 3rd party billing system. Also we can create a Session share modification that will log your users into Kayako once they are logged into the billing system. This way your users will only have to use 1 account and authenticate 1 time. We have developed a similar functionality with Joomla and we feel confident that we can do it for this system. Just PM me or contact me if you want more information. Email & MSN: andres[at]dewak.com Skype: andres.dewak Dewak: Kayako Development, Consultancy and Support http://www.dewak.com |
