So I wrote a PHP script that calculates the cost per ticket and Live Chat for each Employee on a given date range.
However, it's not integrated into the actual SupportSuite. Right now its in the directory and just accesses the database.
My question is, is there anyone out there that can nicely integrate this in to SupportSuite so the cost per ticket and chat can be setup when you add an employee then the totals can be a report ran from within SupportSuite? |
