Hi, I don’t know if this is currently possible with Kayako but… I wanted to filter by open tickets. This would include filtering all tickets which do not have the status of “Resolved – 1st line” or “Resolved – 2nd line”. Also the ability to view tickets of a certain status including – e.g. just “Awaiting Client Reply”. (I would want these filter options are on my the customer interface not CP) Could you point me in the right direction on how would I go about doing this? Thanks, Alby |
