File upload error message - 28-06-2006, 07:21 AM

Hi

I am new to this Kayako Suite product development. I had a requirement to change the maximum file upload limit . I managed to do it. But if I am trying to upload a bigger file than the limit, it is giving 'Page Cannot be displayed' error message.

So I want a customized error message. What my plan is to check the size of the file that we are uploading and we would display a friendly error message. But I am not sure which file I need to change to achieve this.

Could any one tell me which file I need to change

Any help would be much valuable.

Thanks
Albin

well a "Page Cannot be Displayed" page has nothing to do with your SupporSuite

Now if your server ran cPanel you could login at

www.yourdomain.com/cpanel then click on the icon for "Custom Error Pages" but you can only change the ones for

400 Bad Request
401 Authorization Failed
403 Forbidden
404 Wrong Page
500 Internal Server Error

doesn't have one for Page Cannot be displayed.
