Generated variables in Autoresponder

Hi,
we'll generate a PIN and save that in a dataset in the kayako mysql database.
How we'll integrate that variable in the autoresponder mail-template. like the language variables.

Please tell me where you are going to save PIN number? In database with custom built script or in some custom fields. If you are going to use custom script you will need to update Kayako files to add some new variables into Smarty arrays. Please explain where you are going to store data, and I'll tell you what to do.
