Getting eSupport/SS to work with Spanish Words

For everyone who wants supportsuite with the spanish language without strange characters when receive or send emails ( con acentos ):

1- Go to your supportsuite intall directory via FTP
2-inside directory "locale", find en-us.php

3- You have to change this:

'charset' => 'ISO-8859-1',
'html_encoding' => 'quoted-printable',
'text_encoding' => '8bit',
'html_charset' => 'ISO-8859-1',
'text_charset' => 'ISO-8859-1',

y se acabaron los problemas con los acentos.....

I made the change in en-us.php file according to your data and I didnot change anything. Do you have a recommendation?

What is the issue you are having? Also make sure you have set the ISO Code for the language in the Admin CP correctly.

Yes I put the ISO code in the admin side and in the en-us.php file
When I receive mails with spanish characters, I see them like:

De acuerdo a lo solicitado, les envÃ*o las
actividades resueltas junto con la Evaluación del CD de ambientación.

must be:

envÃ*o = envío
Evaluación = Evaluación
ambientación = Ambientación
