Has anyone had any issues with Google Analytics running within SupportSuite? The GA reports don't seem to represent the full amount of traffic on my site.
Here is my configuration: Main site (www) is running GA & AWStats. SupportSuite 3.11.01 owned (support) is running GA & AWStats. I installed GA using the Footer template under SupportSuite Admin, Templates, General. I have a Goal configured in my main site to monitor jumps from main to support.
What I am seeing: (1) my main site matches up between GA & AWstats. Results aren't exact, but are relatively close --- I'm assuming timing differences. (2) my support site is nowhere near the volume that I am seeing in jumps (via GA Goal from main site) nor in raw traffic logged within AWStats. GA is showing about 5-10 times less visitors than AWStats only on SupportSuite site.
Is there anyplace in the SupportSuite installation where the footer values are not used? I.e. could it be that ticket traffic is not logged for GA, but would be in the raw logs processed by AWStats?
Anyone have any ideas? Or have you validated your Google Analytics reports against another product (within SupportSuite)?
