Hi caolan, The e-mail address is mandatory - otherwise the system would not be able to track tickets. It cannot be made optional -------------------------------------------------------------------

This can be done via Admin CP -> Languages. Use the search feature to search for the phrase.

Well it sounds like you have Mod_Security installed on your server which tends to break everything I have found (Kayako, vBulletin, Invision Power Board, etc).

If using SecFilterEngine Off doesn't work, you need to do this at server level.
