How do I show the user their password in ALL replies?

Hi,

We are trying to ensure that each customer - weather we make a ticket for them or they make a new one, contains their password in EACH reply they get by e-mail

Encouraging them to login, and reply using the ticketing system VERSUS just replying by e-mail.

How can we do this?

Hi SFJ,

On the forum, you can find kayako mod that is called "autologon". It will add the autologon link to each email that you send to your customers, when they click this link, they are redirected to your Kayako and system logs them in. You can modify it to show to the customer his password, or just to leave as it is to give an opportunity to use the autologon link. I located the thread but was unable to find the code (the site it was hosted on seems to be down currently)
