How to hide IP address in each reply in a ticket? or only for separate accounts for anonymity

It is decision:
modules/tickets/staff_viewticket.php in line 852 :

if (!empty($val["ipaddress"]))
{
//Close viewing IP
//echo sprintf($_SWIFT["language"]["trip"], htmlspecialchars($val["ipaddress"]));
}
