We are capturing the license code as a custom field from our customers. We nee d to query our internal web based app to get more details about this license. On the ticket details page, the custom field data entered by our customer is displayed as text. My question is whether I can have this data displayed as an html link. This way our support staff can just click on that link and get all customer license details. Thanks and hope this is possible |
