Import Tickets in Kayako

hello,

I'm actually trying to figure out how to import tickets from my previous helpdesk into my new kayako helpdesk. I have been using expinion as a helpdesk for a while and I am now switching over to kayako.

My concern is that I still have quite a number of unresolved issues sitting in expinion helpdesk and will like to figure out a way of importing these in the new helpdesk. I have subscribed for a monthly lease hosted plan with Kayako and I badly need to get that ticket import from expinion to kayako soon.

If there is anyone who has previous experience in importing tickets to kayako from a different helpdesk, please get me some information on how this had been done.

There currently is no import script for Expinion. You would need to create one using the already created ones in /setup/impex/
