Any one have any tips/plans to make the Kayako web UI more iphone compatible?

I think one of the guys here is building a native iPhone application for Kayako.

ya craig that would be me.... I am about 76% complete right now... I am having just one problem with the latest version of kayako as Staff A's can login and post a reply to a ticket but will go through as Staff H's I am stuck on here right now dont understand works perfectly fine on any older version... Once get that fixed then I can fix up the layout and will be ready....

But since Ryan hinted that they may make a iPhone and Blackberry version I have put development on hold until Ryan confirms if they are going to make one or not. As if they are going to make one I might as well just stop and let them develop and support it.........

though in the meantime I am taking feature request. So if you have any request of features to be included in KayakoMobile iPhone edition email them to me....

Well even if Kayako ever develops one such application, it would yet take a considerable amount of time. Why stop your development when you have completed more than 75% of the development?

Absolutely; all Ryan posted was a poll, and we are unlikely to develop native iPhone application support any time soon.

as soon as Apple approves our application to post our application on the app store we will begin beta testing of the KayakoMobile iPhone Edition and then shortly thereafter post it for sale...

We would like to know from all the iPhone users what price point you would like to see it at and how much is to much.. We were thinking about launching it for $35 sale price and then the regular standard price being $59.99. We would love everyones opinion.

According to both Kayako's and Apple's terms of service, you need to run any application advertised as a supportsuite client past us before attempting to release it for sale.

It isn't - the two agreements on that page are our EULAs. Statutory trade mark and copyright laws apply in this case, which is probably what John was referring to.

Hmm, I didn't realise Kayako or SupportSuite was a registered trademark and how does copyright come into it? It isn't including any of Kayako's code.
