Joomla 1.07 and Kayako Integration

It seems Kayako integration has been done by some developers for joomla 1.0.13.

I wonder if anyone has done it for Joomla 1.07?

If you are talking about the LoginShare (ie where it makes it so that people login to Kayako with their Joomla login details), it works with ALL Joomla versions now.

Thank for the prompt responds.

However, when I log in in joomla and try to go to kayako support center it asks me to login again then i tried to login with the login information which same with regular joomla login information it appears just a blank page.

Any suggestion?

Have you entered database details inside the LoginShare section and also set the template group to use that LoginShare?

Well, That was the sillyness of me I guess.

) I Forgot to set the template group. Now it works like a charm. The only problem I have is it can't login to support suite automaticly when I login to joomla. I need to enter same login information twice.

How can we solve that?

It isn't currently possible using a LoginShare.

Joomla-kayako Connector may interest you though.
