We just were about to post....we wanted to get a login share or something done with Joomla.

Besides using the wrapper or whatever else, can login share be accomplished??

Thanks.

Hi Eric,

There is a Joomla loginshare that comes now with Support Suite, we tested at V3.00.98 and it works fine, let us know if you need further information or assistance.

I am very courious about this program, and was wondering how do you implement the template from Joomla into the program? Is it only a wrapper? Or something better?

This looks great. Will this become a new Component compatible with Joomla v1.5?! I currently have an external link to Support but would love to possibly merge DB's and use as Component Let me know if you need Beta Testing...

Approximately how much would it cost for a joomla integration?

Make Kayako a Joomla Component integration - 30-12-2006, 07:38 PM

Yes exactly that's what i'd want. Even better if its possible to take a further step and make it availabe as a Community Builder plugin as well.

However, cost is a BIG question, as usual and time frame.

This way user registration is centralized on Joomla and you don't have to force the user into multiple logins and passwords - which is a terrible user experience, IMHO.

I really don't think the current Joomla Loginshare that Kayako offers at the moment is going to be sufficient in the long run for true Joomla integration.
