Knowledgebase import into Kayako

Hello,

I am a newbie here, and has purchased a monthly hosted plan with Kayako. I was previously having expinion as a helpdesk and I am now switching over to Kayako.

I have done some customisation already, and I now need to import my KB from expinion into Kayako. This was one of my requirements when looking for a new helpdesk and I found Kayako can import knowledgebase using an XML format.

Now, I have contacted the online support on how would it be possible for me to import my existing KB into Kayako, but they told me that the import option in the staff cp is only for SupportSuite to SupportSuite.

I have my previous database in MDB and XML formats. Is there anyone who can help me out importing this into Kayako please?

Has anyone ever done it from expinion before?

Create a couple of articles, export them, check the format of the XML file, format your import in the same way and use the import tool.
