Has anyone tried the latest CVS build? Any major problems?
One of the major issue for us is the department access control.
1) Users can transfer and create new tickets in all departments no matter their priviledge.
2) Statuses that are supposed to bind to a single department show up on all ticket reply pages, making it easy for users to accidentally change it to a non-allowed status, and then not being able to find the ticket again.
We've been contacting Kayako for months and months about this very crucial issue, but new features get added, but this important fix to an existing issue is not applied. (Although we do keep on hearing that it's going to be in the upcoming CVS build.) |
