Hi all, Firslty must say I am not a java nor PHP guru... We have tried to add the javascript code into one of our sites and have noticed it has killed the java menu for Safari and FF that was working aok before we added it. The site in question to have a look at is Supersite, you will notice (well not) that between the Live Support Online and the "Home, My account" menu there should be a blue menu line with buttons. I simply took the code that eSupport/LiveSupport suggested I should >> <sXrXpX language="javascript" src="hxxp://www.netearthgroup.com/support/visitor/index.php?_m=livesupport&_a=htmlcode&departmentid= 5"></scxxt> << I have replaced some letters with xx so it can be posted. Any ideas why it isnt working or what I have done, it is bound to be something I have done to be honest! Hi Chris, Apologies, I have just read up on the history and your previous chats. Please note that we do not officially support modifications and implementations outside of the out-of-the-box software, unless it is a problem with our own JavaScript code (which there shouldn't be) that does not conform to de facto standards.
